A morning of team headshots is a one-off shoot, so I treat it as a project and price it before anything’s booked.

If you want photography as a regular thing, with new starters added and the office kept current, that’s Found & Filmed. I come out for a filming day each quarter, and the video and stills get edited and posted for you steadily until the next one. You’ve got a business to run, so I take that off your desk. It’s £995 a month, rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice from either side, so if it’s not working you stop. Offices in more than one place are £450 a month on top for each extra one.

Clients have found me by asking ChatGPT for somebody local, and reviews play a big part in that. Being found on Google and in AI search is a core part of Found & Filmed now, alongside looking right once somebody gets there. I’ll give you the best chance of being the firm ChatGPT suggests, and the photos are only one piece of that.
