What it costs to work with me.

My prices are on here because it saves everybody time, and most people in my line of work hide theirs. The Marketing MOT is £295 one-off. Found & Filmed is £995 a month. Websites are priced after a quick chat about what the site has to do. And if what you need doesn’t fit any of those, one-off or ongoing, tell me and I’ll put it together and price it.

The Marketing MOT, £295 one-off

The MOT checks how people find you right now. AI search is the first check, whether ChatGPT and the other AI assistants say your name when somebody asks who does what you do in your town.

Then it’s Google and your website, then your reviews and your social media. I put two of your local competitors through the same checks, so you see exactly where you sit next to them. It comes back as a plain English PDF within 48 hours, with a score out of 100 at the top and the three things to fix first at the end, in the order to do them.

You order it on the MOT page with a short form about your business, then I email you an invoice. No call needed unless you want one.

It’s £295 and it stands on its own. If you go on to Found & Filmed, it doesn’t come off the bill. The report is yours. Fix it all yourself, hand it to somebody else, or hand it to me.

  • PRICE //£295, one-off
  • BACK //Within 48 hours
  • PAY //By invoice, emailed to you
  • CALL //Only if you want one

Found & Filmed, £995 a month

Found & Filmed is my standard monthly package. You pay monthly and I keep doing the work. It gets you found on Google and in AI search, and I come out to film on site once a quarter, so you’ve got video and photos of your own place and people, not stock pictures. Compare that with a full-time marketing hire: salary, National Insurance, pension, recruiting, interviews, onboarding and training, then a camera, lights, a laptop and software before they’ve made anything. With me the kit, the skills and the experience are already here.

On the filming day I’m there at yours, and the video and stills get edited and captioned. Posting and scheduling are handled, and so are the replies. You’ve got a business to run, so let me do this part.

Hosting and care for your website are included, and every month you get a report from me and a call.

It’s rolling monthly, with 30 days’ notice either way, so if it’s not working, you stop. If the business has more than one location, a second shop or another yard, it’s £450 a month on top for each extra one. Two sites is £1,445 a month.

What gives you the best chance of ChatGPT recommending you is strong, recent reviews and a website that says clearly what you do and where. That’s exactly what I work on, every month.

  • SEARCH //Found on Google and in AI search
  • FILMING //A day on site each quarter
  • EDITING //Video and stills, edited and captioned
  • SOCIAL //Posting and scheduling handled
  • REPLIES //Handled for you
  • WEBSITE //Hosting and care included
  • EACH MONTH //A report and a call
  • NOTICE //30 days, either way
  • EXTRA LOCATIONS //£450 a month each

Why £995 a month is the cheap option.

Put it next to taking somebody on full time and the difference is obvious.

Estimates for a full-time marketer in Derbyshire on £30,000, using 2026/27 rates. Holiday pay is part of the salary, so you’re paying for 28 days when nobody’s doing the work. Before any Employment Allowance, and not counting sick pay, a desk, your time managing them or the months it takes them to get up to speed. Year two still comes to about £35,500.

No salary, no kit to buy, no training. Just the work, done properly, every month.

Websites, built properly and kept up to date

Websites are a big part of what I do. I design and build them, write the words, take the photos and set them up so Google and ChatGPT can read exactly what you do and where. Then I keep them up to date, because a site that’s built and left goes stale, and Google notices.

A build is priced after a quick chat, because it comes down to what the site has to do. A four page site for a sole trader is a very different job to one that links up with the software you run the business on. Tell me what you’re after and you’ll have a price before I start.

I’ve built them for Willis Cooper, IWPG, Melanie Parker Physiotherapy and RMB Garage Services. Website Care is £45 a month and comes with a build. On Found & Filmed, hosting and care are already included.

  • DESIGN AND BUILD //Done by me
  • WORDS AND PHOTOS //Written and taken for you
  • FOUND //Set up for Google and AI search
  • BUILD //Priced after a quick chat
  • WEBSITE CARE //£45 a month, with a build
  • ON FOUND & FILMED //Hosting and care already in it

Questions about the prices

Is VAT added to your prices?

No VAT is added to North Bear Media’s prices, because the business isn’t VAT registered. So £295 for the MOT and £995 a month for Found & Filmed are what you actually pay.

How do I pay for the Marketing MOT?

You order the Marketing MOT online, by filling in a short form about your business on the MOT page, and then I email you an invoice. There’s no call needed to buy it.

Is the £295 taken off Found & Filmed if I carry on after the MOT?

No, the £295 for the Marketing MOT isn’t taken off Found & Filmed or credited against anything else. It stands on its own, and the report is yours to keep whatever you decide to do next.

How much notice do I need to give on Found & Filmed?

Found & Filmed needs 30 days’ notice, and it’s the same either way, so if I needed to end it I’d give you 30 days too. It’s £995 a month and rolls on monthly until one of us gives notice.

How much is Found & Filmed for a business with more than one location?

Found & Filmed is £995 a month plus £450 a month for each extra location. So a business with two sites pays £1,445 a month, and one with three pays £1,895.

How much does a website cost?

Websites are priced after a quick chat, because the price comes down to what the site has to do. Every build comes with Website Care at £45 a month, and on Found & Filmed hosting and care are already included.

Can you put together a custom package?

Yes. If the MOT, Found & Filmed or a website build don’t fit what you need, tell me what you’re after and I’ll put together a custom package, one-off or ongoing, and give you the price before I start.
