P120// FOUND & FILMED // BELPER, DERBYSHIRE

Found & Filmed is me looking after your marketing and video, for £995 a month.

I get you found on Google and in AI search, ChatGPT included, and I come out and film you on site once a quarter. Then we edit it all and post it out for you. It’s rolling monthly, with 30 days’ notice either way.

Who can film my business and get it found on Google and ChatGPT in Derbyshire?

Norton Hunt of North Bear Media in Belper, Derbyshire, does both through Found & Filmed, a £995 a month retainer. It covers Google and AI search, a quarterly filming day on site, edited video and stills, posting and scheduling, replies handled, hosting and care, and a monthly report and call. The £295 Marketing MOT is the usual first step.

Being found on Google, and by ChatGPT

Being found is two things now. There’s Google, which everybody knows, and there’s people asking an AI assistant who to use. That’s mostly ChatGPT, and Perplexity works the same way. I cover both.

On the Google side, I keep your website up to date and saying what you do in the words people actually type. That’s rarely your business name. It’s ‘who do I talk to about mowing lawns in Belper’. Then there’s your Google Business Profile, your listing with the map pin and the reviews, and I keep that right too, because that’s what gets you into the map above the normal results. Google now puts its own AI answer, AI Overviews, at the top of some searches, so all of this work feeds that as well.

On the AI side, I build a version of your website in what I call AI language. In plain English, that’s a file and some code behind the site, so ChatGPT and the rest can read exactly what you do and where you are. Simple, and most businesses haven’t got it.

Clients have found me by asking ChatGPT. I’ll give you the best chance of being the one it suggests for you.

How a quarter runs

It runs in quarters, because that’s how often I come out to film. This is the rhythm, and I fit it around how your business works.

  1. 01 //

    Filming day

I’m with you on site for the filming day.

  2. 02 //

    Editing

The video and the stills get edited, with captions on the videos.

  3. 03 //

    Posting

We post it and schedule it for you, and the replies are handled as well.

  4. 04 //

    Report and call

Every month you get a report and we have a call about it.

The filming day

A full day on site, filming and taking photos.

Before logistics I was a production assistant at a live events business, editing loads of video and doing the lighting and sound. A day on site with a camera and a couple of lights is my normal. I’ve got the kit and I know how to get the best out of people who’ve never been on camera.

Every video gets captions, because most people scroll with the sound off.

Posting it, and the replies

You know the posting needs doing. But you’ve got a business to run, so let me do it. Once it’s edited, we schedule it and post it, and you never have to find time for it when you’re flat out.

The replies are handled too. Plenty of businesses post something and leave the comments sitting there. Somebody took the time to ask a question, and an unanswered one is a customer walking away. I make sure that doesn’t happen.

A report every month, and a call

Once a month I send a report over, then we get on a call and go through it.

On the call I tell you what’s worked and what I’m changing, and you tell me what’s coming up that’s worth filming next time.

  • REPORT //Monthly, in plain English
  • CALL //Monthly, to go through it

Client view

“… Every month we sit down to review what’s worked, what we can improve, explore new ideas, and keep on top of changes in the industry … the insight he brings, especially around social media engagement, is second to none. …”

Hosting and looking after your website

Your website is hosted with me and I look after it. That’s all part of the £995.

If you haven’t got a website, or yours is past saving, that’s a separate project, priced after a quick chat.

£995 a month, with 30 days’ notice either way

Taking someone on full time means a salary, National Insurance, pension, recruiting, interviews, onboarding and training. Then you’re buying them a camera, lights, a laptop and software before they’ve made a single thing. Found & Filmed is £995 a month, and the kit, the skills and the experience are already here. It’s rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice either way, so if it’s not working, you stop.

If your business has more than one location, a second shop or another yard, it’s the same package at £450 a month on top for each extra one. Two sites is £1,445 a month, three is £1,895.

Start steady with the £295 MOT, or go straight in. Add locations when you want more coming in. The MOT doesn’t come off the monthly price, but the report is yours to keep either way.

Estimates for a full-time marketer in Derbyshire on £30,000, using 2026/27 rates. Holiday pay is part of the salary, so you’re paying for 28 days when nobody’s doing the work. Before any Employment Allowance, and not counting sick pay, a desk, your time managing them or the months it takes them to get up to speed. Year two still comes to about £35,500.

Same job done, none of the hiring, and it stops with 30 days’ notice if it’s not working.

Who it’s for

It suits a business where people find you locally, somebody asking Google or ChatGPT who does what you do in your town, and where there’s something worth filming. That’s usually your people and your work.

I’m in Belper, so it’s mostly businesses round Derbyshire. I come out to you for the filming days.

Not sure it fits? Ask me on a call and I’ll tell you straight.

Want to see more first?

I’ve got 5.0 from 22 reviews on Google, read them there, and the case studies show exactly what I did for people like Richford, Willis Cooper and Ginger Butchers. Parts of Found & Filmed have their own pages too, if you want more on how I do it.

This is what a filming day looks like.

Me, a camera and a couple of lights, set up wherever your work happens. Then I get on with it around you.

Questions about Found & Filmed

How much does Found & Filmed cost?

Found & Filmed costs £995 a month. It’s rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice either way, and a business with more than one location pays £450 a month on top for each extra location.

What’s included in Found & Filmed?

Found & Filmed includes getting you found on Google and in AI search, a filming day on site each quarter, the video and stills from it edited and captioned, posting and scheduling, replies handled, website hosting and care, and a monthly report and a call. Anything else, like email campaigns or a new logo, is a separate project, priced before it starts.

How much notice do I need to give on Found & Filmed?

Found & Filmed needs 30 days’ notice. It’s rolling monthly and the notice works the same both ways, so if I ever needed to stop, I’d give you 30 days as well.

Does Found & Filmed work for a business with more than one location?

Yes, Found & Filmed is the same package for a multi-site business, with £450 a month added to the £995 for each extra location. So a business with two sites pays £1,445 a month.

What if I already have a website?

You don’t need a new website to start. I’ll look at the one you’ve got first, and if it needs rebuilding I’ll tell you exactly why. That’s a separate project, priced after a quick chat.

Do I need the Marketing MOT first?

No, you don’t have to, but it’s a good place to start. The MOT is £295 and checks six things, AI search first, then Google, your website, reviews, social and two local competitors, scored out of 100 and back within 48 hours. It isn’t taken off the Found & Filmed price, and you keep it whatever you decide.

Can you add other things, like email campaigns or a new logo?

Yes, as separate projects rather than inside Found & Filmed. Copywriting, brand and graphic design, strategy, AI and automation setups and email campaigns are all scoped first, so you know the price before anything starts.

Do you only work in Derbyshire?

Mostly, yes. The filming days are on site and I’m based in Belper, so most of my clients are round Derbyshire. If you’re further away, ask me and I’ll tell you whether the travel makes sense for both of us.

Can you promise ChatGPT will recommend my business?

Nobody can guarantee what ChatGPT says, and no agency controls it. What I do is make sure your website and your Google Business Profile say clearly what you do and where, in a way AI assistants can read, and keep your reviews coming, because they matter a lot to it. That gives you the best chance of being the one it names.

P200// OVER TO YOU

Do you want to know if your business is getting found round Derbyshire at the minute?

The MOT is £295, no call needed, and it shows you exactly where you stand and what to fix first. If somebody’s sent you my way, or ChatGPT has, book a call and we’ll go through it.
