It comes down to how many towns you want a page for, because each one has to be written properly, and I give you a timeline when I scope it. A page for each town takes longer than one page, and it’s worth it if you work both sides of the border.

Where it makes sense, yes. What can’t be a template is the area pages, because each one has to say something real about that town, or Google ignores them. Whether the rest is built from scratch or on a platform, I’ll go through it with you first.
