Frequently asked questions

How does the photography process work?

We work closely with team coaches and managers to ensure all required permissions are in place before any matchday photography. If your child’s team is being photographed, you will be notified in advance by the coach. Photos are captured during the match and securely uploaded to a password-protected gallery.

What if I don’t want my child photographed?

No problem! We respect all parents' preferences. If you choose not to provide consent, your child will not be photographed, and we take steps to ensure they are not included in any images. Additionally, individuals in the background are blurred out to maintain privacy.

How do I access the photos?

Once the photos are uploaded, you will receive a secure link to a password-protected gallery. Only parents and guardians who have provided consent will have access to the gallery for their team’s photos.

What safeguarding measures are in place?

We follow FA safeguarding guidelines to ensure the safety and privacy of all children. Photos are securely stored, and only authorised parents or guardians have access to the galleries. Additionally, we never include player names in images, and individuals in the background are blurred.

Can I choose which photos to buy?

Yes! After viewing the gallery, you can select individual images to purchase as high-quality digital downloads.

How long are the photos available?

Photos will be available in the gallery for 30 days after uploading. After this period, all images will be permanently deleted from our systems to ensure security and compliance with privacy policies.

How can I revoke my consent?

If at any point you wish to withdraw your consent, simply email us at info@northbearmedia.co.uk with your child’s name and team. We will ensure no further photos of your child are taken, and any existing images not yet purchased will be deleted.
